Who are the manufacturers?

We partner with proven manufacturers and suppliers who meet our standards for safety, reliability, and parts availability. We don’t chase the lowest bid; we choose partners who help us deliver fully. Current partners include: Bruno, Harmar, National Ramp, Human Care. Supplier management is led by Jen; performance is reviewed quarterly.

How fast can you come out?

We prioritize safety-sensitive calls. Most assessments happen within a few business days—often sooner.

Do you charge for the assessment?

No. The first visit is about listening, measuring, and right-sizing solutions.

How long does a stairlift install take?

Many straight stairlifts install in 2-4 hours; curved 3-6. We'll give you a clear window and stick to it.

Will the lift or ramp damage my home?

We protect floors and surfaces, use proper fasteners, and leave the space clean.

What about maintenance?

If you need us, call us; we answer the phone.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We partner with financing providers and accept ACH/credit cards.

Do you rent equipment?

Yes, we offer rentals and refurbished equipment upon availability.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. We have a standard two-year service warranty for any new product we sell.

Can you remove equipment later?

Yes, we can remove or relocate. We can also discuss buy-back options when life changes.

Who will be in my home?

Liftologists—trained, background-checked team members who follow our code of conduct.

Straight stairlift

A chair that rides on a rail up a straight staircase.

Curved stairlift

Custom rail for stairs with turns/landings.

Landing

The flat space at the top/bottom or between stair sections.

Tread/Riser

The part you step on / the vertical face of each step.

Incline platform lift (IPL)

A platform that travels along a staircase for wheelchair users.

Vertical platform lift (VPL)

A small home elevator for short vertical travel (often porch to door).

Threshold ramp

A small ramp to smooth an entry lip or door saddle.

Modular ramp

A sturdy, configurable ramp system for longer runs.

Ceiling lift

Overhead track system for safe transfers.

Floor lift (mobile)

Wheeled patient lift, no structural changes.

Sit-to-stand lift

Assists a person who can bear some weight to stand and transfer.
