- Confirm the year, make, and model of your vehicle
- Confirm the make and model of your scooter or wheelchair
- We’ll run this information through our compatibility systems to determine the lifts that are compatible with your specific vehicle and mobility device. Not all lifts are compatible with all vehicles or mobility devices!
- Discuss your specific needs and preferences
- Provide information on available lift options and solutions
- Help you determine which of the available options will be best suited for your life and your goals.
STEP TWO
Product Selection & Contract
We review options that fit your needs and budget. Once you're ready to proceed, we finalize specifications and order your vehicle lift.
STEP THREE
Professional Installation
Our factory-trained installation team handles everything, including:
- Protecting your vehicle with appropriate precautions
- Installation of your new vehicle lift
- Complete system testing and documentation
- User and care taker training
- Cleanup and disposal of all packaging materials
STEP FOUR
Training & Handoff
We don't leave until you're completely comfortable operating your new vehicle lift. This includes multiple practice runs and a comprehensive overview of all safety features. We won’t leave until you’re ready to go!
